Agreements

We would like to facilitate smooth clinical rotations for our students and faculty throughout the school year.  Your assistance in this regard is very important.  If you are interested in having your students perform clinical rotations at a particular facility, please make sure that there is a current affiliation agreement in place.  If a new agreement is to be initiated, please contact the Health Science Office with the name, address and the type of facility as well as the contact person and title.  

It is the responsibility of the instructor to make clinical rotation arrangements with the facility.
